Timeshare Compensation AND OR Cancellation

For all Timeshare cases that cannot be conducted through FOS, FSCS or CCA, or where it is better for you financially, or otherwise to pursue a different option, we have working relationships with specialist Law Firms who litigate cases through the Court System.

They provide permanent Timeshare Cancellation and Compensation services, where they can work on a NO WIN NO FEE* basis. The Law Firms specialise in different Legal Actions for Timeshare, we will advise you of what is the best course of Legal Action that suits your particular case.

We have arrangements to collate necessary paperwork, assess, provide reports, and prepare the case for our chosen Law Firm, so that they can then prosecute your case. This process allows our Law Firms to offer a fully funded service on a No Win No fee basis. Please note: if you cancel your claim after you have engaged the Law Firm you may be liable for costs to date. To avoid this situation, simply allow the Law Firm to run your case to conclusion. All details will be provided by the Law Firm prior to your engagement for your perusal.

Please note: You cannot engage the Law Firms directly. All cases need to be prepared and assessed by Timeshare Litigation as part of our agreement with them for all fully funded cases.

FOS, FSCS or CCA Claim

We believe it is important for you to be designated a specialist case handler while we undertake a Consumer Credit Act Claim and or a FOS/FSCS Claim.
